The shiny things in life can be nice but they will not make us happy – their value is only in how we use them each day…as opportunities for creating good.

Sometimes we are quick to think we are being attacked but if we take a second, we’ll see actually we aren’t. Get the right intel then choose your battles.

Retreat is not surrender – don’t keep going in the wrong direction – back up, find the right path, then move forward.

Winning hearts and minds in most cases is just as important as the tactical strategy. Having people that care about us and know we care about them is all that winning in life really is.
